Returns & Exchanges
Ready to ship pieces can be exchanged for a refund (minus original shipping fees and any incurred taxes/duties), another ready to ship piece, or store credit, for example towards a made-to-order or bespoke piece. The piece you have purchased must be returned unworn and undamaged, in its original condition and in its original packaging, including any stone certificates if applicable. If there is evidence that suggests that the jewellery has been used to a degree that decreases the value of the product, you will lose your right to return the product. Please note that I cannot exchange jewellery that has been resized, engraved, or customised in any way.
Made-to-order items and bespoke goods cannot be returned or exchanged, as they have been made especially for you. However, if you have any issues with your bespoke piece, I am happy to try and resolve any problem to the best of my ability on a case-by-case basis.
For hygiene reasons, I am unable to offer exchanges or credit on earrings.
If you would like to return a piece, you must email me at studio@amanialkidwa.com within 7 days of receipt of your jewellery. Return shipping and any taxes/duties incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.
You will be notified once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. The refund will be retained until I have received items or proof of return. I am not able to refund VAT or duty cost for international orders. If you refuse delivery, the return shipping costs will not be covered, and they will be deducted from your refund.
