Mala Hoop Earrings

Mala - derived from the old Norse word möl (mǫl): worn stone, the bed of pebbles on a beach or a river

These small hoops were very much inspired by pebbles and other small treasures accidentally stowed away in coat pockets during a day out: small but cool and weighty to the touch. The Mala earrings have a high polish and are meant to be worn daily, developping a perfect patina with time through wear, just as a pebble on a beach or river bed turned over by the currents would. 

Made to order and available in sterling silver and a choice of gold colours and carats.
